How long does it take to receive my test reports?
Most routine investigations (like CBC, blood sugar, lipid profiles, and kidney function tests) have same-day report delivery. Samples collected before 11:00 AM will have report sheets ready for collection at the front desk by 4:00 PM the same day.
Can I receive my diagnostic reports via WhatsApp?
Yes. To reduce print waste and travel fatigue for elderly patients, once your reports are approved by Dr. T. V. Krishna, our reception desk can securely forward a PDF copy of your report directly to your registered WhatsApp mobile number.
What are the sample collection timings?
Our phlebotomy (sample collection) desk is active Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. For fasting sugar or lipid profiles, patients are advised to arrive before 10:00 AM having fasted for at least 8 to 10 hours.
