Do I need to schedule an appointment for an ECG?
Walk-in patients can receive an ECG instantly during our standard OPD hours (Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM). However, for advanced 2D Echocardiograms, a prior appointment must be booked online or via the reception desk.
Are consultations with the Cardiologist free?
Yes. As a charitable facility, all consultations at Seva Bharathi are 100% free of charge. Diagnostic tests are either free (for BPL cardholders) or highly subsidized compared to commercial labs.
Does the hospital perform cardiac bypass surgeries (CABG) or angioplasty?
Currently, Seva Bharathi operates major and minor general surgical suites, but not an advanced cardiothoracic surgical lab (Cath Lab). We stabilize cardiac emergencies and provide official referral documents for tertiary care under government schemes like Aarogyasri.
